I had lunch at "Kona's Coffee" which opened in Chatan Mihama American Village, Okinawa. With the concept of ``the closest Hawaiian dining table,'' this restaurant offers an array of Hawaiian dishes such as hearty pancakes, hamburgers, and loco moco. The atmosphere inside the store feels like it's from overseas, and it fits perfectly with the Chatan townscape.

BBR is a restaurant that comes up high when searching for Okinawa and French. I've been curious about it for a long time, but the timing just couldn't work out, so I finally decided to go. The volume lives up to the reviews and the cost performance is good. It was a hidden French restaurant that used plenty of ingredients from Okinawa, and it was terrifying.

Sashida Shoten is a salt-based ramen shop that opened in 2021. I finally had the chance to visit this time, but I never expected to encounter such delicious gyoza. It was a wonderful shop where the owner's passion was truly conveyed, not only in the carefully made ramen but also in the fried chicken that was served fresh.

Speaking of the Ginowan area, the Prince Hotel, which opened its first store in Okinawa, is a hot topic, but the nearby "Moon Ocean" is no less impressive. Toyohanten is a long-established Chinese restaurant with a history of half a century since it was founded in 1974. I had lunch at "Mapo Shokudo (Mapo tofu restaurant)Fukuwarai" which opened along the Ginowan City Pipeline. The mapo tofu here is surprisingly delicious. If you like mapo and spicy food, you should definitely go!

Is this a foreign country? Can they speak Japanese? Can I use Japanese yen in the first place? I can't even read the name of the restaurant...! I was confused and went to "Kastamandap" in Chatan, Okinawa. To be honest, I was really scared when I went in, but I was hooked on the delicious curry and kebab that exceeded my expectations.
