Sashida Shoten is a salt-based ramen shop that opened in 2021. I finally had the chance to visit this time, but I never expected to encounter such delicious gyoza. It was a wonderful shop where the owner's passion was truly conveyed, not only in the carefully made ramen but also in the fried chicken that was served fresh.
