Authentic 100% buckwheat soba made with Hokkaido buckwheat flour

Large size Japanese soba(Buckwheat Noodles) 1,000 yen

The buckwheat flour used at Sanraku is the fragrant "Kamui" from Hokkaido. The noodles are made in-house without any additives and have a smooth texture.

Large Kakiage Tempura (vegetables, dried shrimp, small shellfish) 440 yen

I heard that the freshly fried tempura is also popular, so I ordered some kakiage, and was surprised at how big it was. It was crunchy and crumbly when eaten as is with just salt, and was very delicious.

Kyoto style duck nanban soba(buckwheat noodles) 1,300 yen

My partner ordered a hot bowl of Kamo Nanban soba(buckwheat noodles). He said that not only was the soba delicious, but the thickly sliced duck meat was juicy and very satisfying. There are still very few Japanese soba restaurants in Okinawa, so this restaurant is quite rare. If you want to eat Japanese soba, please go there. It's recommended because it's located near Kokusai Dori and you can have a relaxing meal.
